Often a client will experience a shift after the first session; however, most treatment plans consist of 3-6 sessions of 60 minutes each.

Most people can be hypnotised; however, the effectiveness of hypnosis depends on the client’s willingness to be open and fully participate in the process.


Hypnosis is designed to induce a relaxed and focussed state of mind. Contrary to popular belief, you are always in control and can’t be hypnotised against your will.


Hypnotherapy is not recommended for people diagnosed with mental illness or those undergoing psychiatric treatment.

After making your booking and completing a brief questionnaire, we meet online for the first session. At this time, we talk about what has led you to seek help and discuss your tailor-made treatment plan. We then work with a combination of strategic psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to help you achieve positive outcomes.

All sessions are conducted online. They are convenient, easy to access and just as effective as working face to face. In fact, many clients prefer the ease of not having to travel to an appointment.


Online hypnotherapy sessions do not require special equipment. All you need is:


  • High-speed Internet connection
  • A computer or smartphone with a webcam/camera
  • Headphones/earphones
  •  A quiet space
  • An online video chat program (such as Skype, Zoom or Facebook Messenger Chat)

After you have booked your first session, we will discuss the best platform to use. I’m happy to give guidance if you are new to the online environment.

Most people will experience positive results within the first session, so much so that they may feel that they only need to have one session to be totally free from their problem. It usually takes between 3-6 sessions to solidify the retraining of the brain and to ensure success. Sometimes it may be useful to have a top -up session every 6 months to keep the positive changes in place.
